What does “Research Use Only” mean?
All Addivex products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use by qualified professionals and institutions. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for proper handling.
Are your compounds tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently analyzed by a reputable, independent U.S.-based third-party lab (named on each COA) using HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity confirmation. Our standard is ≥99% purity — any batch that fails is rejected and never shipped.
How can I see the Certificate of Analysis?
We publish a COA for every batch. You’ll find the current batch COA in each product’s image gallery and on our COA page, and a download link is included with your order. Each COA carries a verification link to confirm results directly with the lab.
How are orders packaged and shipped?
Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. We process and ship within one business day of payment confirmation via UPS within the continental U.S. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the continental United States only, and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at ambient temperatures during standard shipping. For long-term storage, keep at or below -20°C, away from light and moisture. Diluent Solution is stored at room temperature.
Can you provide dosage or usage guidance?
No. Because our products are for laboratory research use only, we cannot provide dosage, administration, or reconstitution protocols of any kind. Technical specifications and identity data are available on each product’s COA.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. The accepted payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@addivexlabs.com within 48 hours — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also view order status and history anytime from your account dashboard.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
